GIN - Carrier of the GIN seal of approval

Our claim is proven quality. That is why we are members of the Quality and Information Community (GIN) for nail plate users e.V..

The so-called RAL quality mark indicates the architects, builders, developers and planning authorities craft the perfect design for a static fault-free execution.

The GIN-label is only granted to companies that can guarantee the quality of the nail plate elements by a permanent in-plant quality control and supervision by a foreign official.

The official material testing and quality testing laboratories are demanding rating and quality conditions for factory production control and monitoring so that the wood, the nail plates, the production, design and construction meets the diverse requirements.

Requirements on the wood:

only DIN 1052 approved wood
at least one sorting class S10 according to DIN 4074
a moisture content of up to 20% inside

Requirements for the nail plates:

Construction approval by the "German Institute for Building Technology"
Quality assured nail plates out of controlled production

Requirements for the production:

the tailored cut of the wood
the fixing of wood constructures during the pressing process
the use of appropriate special presses
the weather-protected storage

DIN ISO Zertifizierung Zeichen-ZertBau-Janssen

Since the first certification in February 2001 in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 the Janssen Holzbau sets on foreign as well as internal control of business processes and products so that the nail plate trusses made by Janssen Holzbau always reach highest quality standards.

Ü-emblem

The inclusion of wall panel components (structures with nail plate connections, in short, NP-ties) in the Building Regulation (Issue 1, Section 3.3.1.2 from 10.09.2003) are subject to the construction of the proof of conformity (short: "ÜZ").

Therefore, NP-binder may only manufactured by establishments that have a compliance certificate ("ÜZ") feature.

Each NP-binder is to mark with the emblem of conformity (in short: "Ü-sign").

The granting of the certificate of conformity is based on the mismatch detection method.
This means a continuous and documented self-monitoring and a semi-annual external monitoring has to occur.

External monitoring could only be arranged by recognized testing, inspection and certification administratives.

In 2003 Janssen Holzbau GmbH received as a manufacturer of NP-binder this Ü-sign and subjects and processes are constantly monitoring by the HFB Engineering GmbH / test for building materials and components in Leipzig.

Thus is the creation of NP-ties comply with the law applicable to construction regulations.
